Job Description
To supervise and control the day-to-day accounting and back-office operations of the Company by ensuring accurate financial recording, effective reconciliation processes, compliance with internal policies, and timely financial reporting. The role supports the Manager – Financial Controller / Head of Finance in maintaining financial discipline, operational efficiency, and strong internal controls.
Skills Required
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- High analytical and problem-solving ability
- Strong Knowledge of Accounting Principles
- Strong supervisory skills
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional certification (ACCA / CPA / CMA or equivalent)
